frankt the biggest pickerel i ever landed...by me Frank Towles in west haven ct's Malty lakes...its at least 11lbs...

x182dan I am not trying to argue with you but that fish is around 3-4lbs. For reference my 34in pike weighed around 10lbs.

bassinbrooksy jumping in kinda late on this but first off thats a nice fish but 100% not even close to 11 lbs its more like 3 to 4 tops. and as far as state record goes in ma its 9.5 which is crazy cause the world record is only 9.6 so if that were 11 not only did you smash the state record but also the world record! sad to say an 11 lb pickerel this is not. not knocking it though still a good sized pick but please buy a scale for next time
