You can write reviews and comments. Customize your profile and more! Take some time to explore the different areas of the site. Hello, my name is Jeff Mixon, I live in North Florida, However I have taken 5 trips to Anchorage over the last year and a half to work on a customer`s aircraft. The last 2 trips I finally got some fishing in with several trips to the russian river going in at the park next to the big campground. I am probably going back very soon for a 3 to 5 day trip and was wondering what was running there (if anything) or where else would be a good oppurtunity to get some lines in while I`m there. I would not object to even going out for some halibut. I`ve always done most of my fishing in the Atlantic gulfstream but fell in love with fly fishing and the russian while I was there.
